Margaret is responsible for managing all client relationships, from the first contact through to planning and scheduling of audits.

Claudine assists with the daily office requirements and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Audit Scheduling & Workflow Management
We operate an internet based Management System. It encompasses a customer database, workflow management, document management and invoicing. The system ensures auditors and clients, are supplied with timely communications about scheduled audit activities and provides an up to date status of audits at all times. The system also provides an electronic filing system of all manuals if required and audit records therefore enabling timely retrieval of audit details when required.
Our documented procedures meet the requirements of ISO 17020:2012 and MPI requirements. We have current accreditation to ISO 17020:2012 and are a MPI Approved Agency.
If any complaints or disagreements are received from the client, these will be addressed through out Non Conforming Service procedure and the client will be duly informed of the outcome. Where there are un-resolvable complaints or disagreements on legislative audit findings then these are referred to MPI for resolution.
